Tuesday, 12th December – Developer, Visionary, has expanded its Silkari brand beyond its development moniker to including tailor-made lifestyle services that range from handcrafted furniture collections purposely designed for each room within its projects to continual concierge services such as limousine services, house-cleaners, dry cleaning and gift shopping.
When residents move into their new SILKWOOD homes, developed by Visionary, from mid-2019, their concierge app will be activated allowing homeowners to book an airport transfer, limousine, dry cleaning, plumber, electrician, house cleaner, gardener or personal shopper. These services are sourced from a variety of diligently vetted and selected suppliers.
Additionally, homeowners can reserve the communal rooftop BBQ areas for private functions or allocate elevators for moving or delivery needs. This initial suite of services is anticipated to expand in accordance to homeowners requirements. They will also be complemented by onsite personnel who take on traditional estate management such as collecting deliveries and the like.
The Silkari Collection Furniture packages are tailor-made for each room within a SILKWOOD home. Each piece is crafted to be the right size for the room it is intended for, whether that’s the living room, dining room or bedroom. The suites are sold as a set of furniture pieces rather than individually and include the Stanhope Collection, Laurel Collection and Reserve Collection.
Silkari Interior Styling are a standard offering for all new Silkwood purchasers. Features include wall dressings, window dressing, soft furnishings, ornaments, wall art, lighting features, soft finishings such as cushions and throws, and home essentials including mattresses, linen, towels and pillows.
The furniture and interior styling are on display in the SILKWOOD complete townhouse, located at 32 Page Street in Pagewood. The complete townhouse is open between 1:00pm – 7:00pm on Wednesday, 10:00am – 5:00pm from Thursday to Sunday.
